The house was designed so that a couple or a large group can comfortably use the house.

The house has 5 Master Bedrooms all with Large Private Baths, AC and fans

Our bedroom setup is as follows:

– 3 Rooms have Queen Beds
– 1 Room has 1 Full Bed, and 1 Twin Bed which can be pushed together or left apart
– 1 Room has one Full bed

ALL Rooms have a private bath and shower.                 ALL Rooms have AC

The house features:
Full Backup Power, Wifi Internet Access, Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Sky Satellite TV, Pool with build in bench seating, Ping Pong table, Large Propane BBQ, and a very complete gourmet kitchen.

Before renting a house in Nicaragua, make sure to check if the house has backup power, as the power goes out frequently. Many houses have battery backups for a few lights here and there. We have a large generator that starts automatically and can run all the bedroom AC units along with the refrigerator, lights, coffee, and all your daily needs. Nicarauga is HOT and If you have been in a Nica house on a hot sticky night without AC in the bedrooms, then you will know that this is a must have for a great vacation.
