The House Layout is such that a couple will not feel that the house is oversized, nor will a large group feel crowded at all.

Why pay the same or more for a hotel room, tiny house or casita when you can be in a large house with a great view for the same price. 

Rental Rates are based on Occupancy.      (Children 5 years and older count as guests)

1-6 Guests $300/night

$30/night per additional guest

9 Guests Maximum

Holiday rates are : $495 per night for any size group.
Holidays are:

– Christmas and New Years

Booking Policy:
50% of the rental rate is required to confirm a reservation. The rental balance is due 30 days prior to arrival along with airport transportation and meal plan payment if booking either or both of these services. Full payment is due at time of booking if booking is being made 30 days or fewer before check in.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days cancellation notice – full refund minus 7% transaction fee
30-59 days cancellation notice – cancellation fee 50% of rental rate
Less than 30 days’ notice – no refund
